Therapeutic Thai Yoga Massage

Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It's also called Thai Yoga massage, because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. My clients say Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A single Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home.

Customized Therapeutic Massage

Customizing your massage according to What You Need. Deep muscle therapy combines with Thai Stretching will untie stubborn knots(trigger points) in your body. To start warming up the body with Thai Yoga stretches followed by spreading massage oil/cream to remove knots and tensions on your back, neck and shoulder. The combination will relieve stressful lesions along the body and relaxes the muscles in your back, neck and shoulder. Particularly helpful for anyone suffering from chronic or acute muscle and joint aches.

Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. It's a Full body or targeted massage designed to relieve the specific areas of discomfort. 

Myofascial Trigger Point Release

60 minutes: $125

Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct myofascial release is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.

A Private Partner Thai Massage

120-min : $200

In this workshop, The couples or friends will learn various postures to guide their partner through a full body stretch sequence and gain benefits similar to yoga practice that help you and your partner share the nurturing, relaxing and therapeutic benefits of massage. It is done on a mat on the floor with partner dressed in light clothes.

The partner uses his or her thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet to apply a combination of acupressure, gentle rocking and twisting, joint and spine mobilizations and assisted yoga stretches. With partner using bodyweight instead of strength and a steady and meditative rhythm, Thai Yoga Massage looks and feels like a graceful dance between giver and receiver. It's a wonderful feeling together. Partner will have fun sharing sensation and get the benefit of giving and receiving.
